What should I bring?
What will you need to bring?
- Mat - though Nava offers free mats, we highly recommend you bring or purchase your own. Mats are for sale at the desk.
- Notebook, Pens, Pencils, Set of colored pencils to use with Anatomy Coloring Book (see below)
- Any special medications/treatments you may need
- Yoga Clothes
- Small towel

Yes, you must have a regular yoga practice and send us

- 1st month tuition before the first weekend
What is the application process?

Does the fee include books?
No it does not, however we will provide some reading materials and workbooks.
